We encourage people who have an interest in the subject matter of our inquiry to attend public hearings. Anyone can speak or attend.

You can use this opportunity to elaborate on your own submission, respond to submissions from other people and to discuss issues with Commissioners. If you haven't provided a submission you can still talk at our public hearings, but we will ask you to outline in advance the issues you wish to discuss.

You can also simply observe the proceedings. In all cases you need to reserve a place at hearings as space is limited. Hearings are recorded, with transcripts published a week or two after hearings have been held. Read more about public hearings
